Why does the network version of the software after users installed ask users to input serial number, or can't startup?
Some reasons for this situation as follows: when installing software, not select "network" version; Network locks and driver are not properly installed or activated; You may specify the wrong name of network lock server and IP address, you can inspect item to item. If the server installs Windows XP sp2 or other firewall may also lead to the abnormity of network lock. Please close system firewall or open 6001 and 6002 port.
